A married former substitute teacher named Emma Delaney Hancock is accused of kissing a 15-year-old girl and sending her nude images.
The accusation against Hancock is that she used technology to initiate sexual contact or discussion with a youngster.

The former instructor is now accused of emailing the young student graphic images and videos of sex acts before kissing the student on the lips at least twice while they were in class.
The instructor reportedly made improper physical contact with the adolescent boy after the two had kissed twice in class.
Hancock is accused of four felonies, according to court records examined by Law&Crime.
The charges include two counts of using technology to engage in sexual behavior with children or communicate with them, as well as two counts of performing lewd or indecent acts on a minor under the age of 16.
Both counts are felonies in Oklahoma, and Hancock would have to register as a sex offender if he were found guilty as charged.
