Whenever I watch mixed martial arts, all I tend to think is OUCH. My mind cannot even grasp the amounts of pain those people need to endure to “make it” in their sport. Heck, I think that even MORESO when I see the females. Gender means little in MMA. The people who are good at it are just good at, despite gender, and though it may have been seen as a more male dominated sport, that has begin top truly change in the last few years. In so small part to the talent of Ronda Rousey. A female mixed martial artist who could beat us all, male OR female. Well, Ronda wants all the world to know she is just as good as any man at this sport, and she is doing so in a rather unconventional manner.

For those unaware. Ronda Rousey is the UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion. Again, what this means is, she is probably a great deal tougher and more resilient than most of us who are reading this right now. As UPI.com points out today, seems Ronda has her eyes set on the prize. What prize? Well, she claims she wants to fight the UFC men’s champ, Cain Valesquez. She states that you cannot tell her it is impossible. Having seen her fight, we agree.
