Three years after their Number One album ‘Cavalier Youth’ in 2014, You Me At Six are back with their fifth studio album ‘Night People.’

The progression that the band have made in these three years is evident. Lyrically, Night People is their strongest record with tracks such as ‘Spell It Out’ and ‘Take On The World’ showing the growth from their debut effort ten years ago.

Frontman Josh Franceschi has some of his best vocal moments during this album. ‘Give’ perfectly displays the power that Josh’s voice holds.

‘Night People’ is a cohesive record. Each of the ten tracks has been crafted with the others in mind, as each fades effortlessly into the next. It isn’t hard to identify which of their five albums the songs are from.

Standout songs include the haunting ‘Spell It Out’, ‘Make Your Move’ and emotional  ‘Give’, which were clearly created with a live atmosphere in mind.

The album has everything from ballads to pure pop-rock anthems that are second nature to You Me At Six.

Night People is available worldwide now.

You can catch You Me At Six on tour across Europe and the UK from March 2017.
